4. Credit Inquiries
Submission of your information may result in one or more of our lending partners conducting credit inquiries. These inquiries may be "soft pulls" (which do not affect your credit score) or "hard pulls" (which may affect your credit score), depending on the product and lender. By submitting your application, you authorize Nautix Capital and our lending partners to obtain consumer and/or business credit reports as necessary to evaluate your financing request.
5. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Nautix Capital and/or our lending partners, which may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or prerecorded voice. These communications may include information about your funding inquiry, application status, and related services. You understand that consent is not a condition of receiving services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.
6. SMS/Text Message Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive our services. By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Nautix Capital regarding your funding inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time. No mobile information will be shared with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
